NIBC, a Netherlands-based commercial bank, has selected Irish fintech Fenergo for its onboarding and know your customer (KYC) solution. Fenergo’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, integrated with Salesforce at the front end, will replace the bank’s legacy systems for KYC, aiming to achieve operational efficiencies. The solution will provide a single client view across the business and streamline the onboarding process for new clients with enhanced KYC processes. NIBC’s director, Daniella Steenbergen, noted the need to replace the bank’s in-house KYC system and highlighted the quick deployment of Fenergo’s solution within a short timeframe. Fenergo, founded in 2009 and based in Dublin, offers KYC, transaction monitoring, and client lifecycle management solutions to banks and fintechs.
